Introduction

Financial management concerns with planning, organizing, directing and controlling the financial activities in order to obtain the necessary funding for the implementation of the current and future projects of the organization, in parallel with using available funding optimally, through managing them successfully, which requires the implementation of rigorous scientific approach of managing financial resources in the organization in order to achieve the short-term and long-term desired objectives of the organization.

Also, financial management focuses on general management expenses, payments, tasks allocation of financial resources and control in order to hedge for any short or long term financial risks. Also, financial management concerns in auditing temporary and permanent expenses, such as salaries and insurance, and in matching what was actually spent with the blogger expense accounting books to make sure the information is correct. Who Should Attend: Certified Financial Manager Certificate considered one of most important certification awarded by the American Academy of Financial Management in cooperation with the Efficiency Training Institute in the Sultanate of Oman. This Certificate is designed for financial managers, financial departments and sections heads, candidates for such jobs, and for those wishing to develop their skills in the area of financial management and learn the latest scientific methods to overcome the financial problems of the organizations.

Eligibility Prospective participants must meet ONE of the following criteria: University Degree or equivalent OR Diploma with more than 5 years of experience; OR Demonstrate through a phone or in-person consultation that they have appropriate skills to undertake the course.

Duration The duration of the program shall be for six weeks. Each working day shall consist of four hours of theory and Practical Work (Morning or Evening) ,with number of hours at least 150 hours.

Exams Candidates will be required to pass final exam, Candidates will need to achieve a 50 percent mark or above to pass the exam, the exam is held at efficiency training Institute
