Stress audit- is a survey administered anonymously to employees, that solicits their responses to a variety of questions related to working conditions.

Frustration- is another cause of stress. It is a result of motivation being blocked to prevent one from reaching a desired goal.
Defense mechanism- these are reactions to frustrations when you are trying to defend yourself from the psychological effects of the blocked goal.

whether consciously or intentionally.
Counseling can help reduce frustrations by
helping employees choose mature courses of
action to overcome blockages preventing goal accomplishment.
