Cheese Omelette by Ruth Jimnez

Ingredients:

2 Eggs

Oil

A pinch of salt

Cheese

Directions:

1. Break the eggs in a plate, add a pinch of salt and beat them.

2.Take a pan and put in some oil.

3.When the oil is already hot, put the beaten eggs and add some cheese in small pieces.

4.Then you go wiggling the beaten eggs with the cheese making the omelette.

5. Take out the omelette from the pan and eat it.
