You’re on NKO…Where’s the Library?

Everyone’s NKO Homepage looks a little different depending on your Rate, Command, or Navy Region. The tabs at the top are ALWAYS the same. The eLibrary resources can be found on the Reference Tab.

Welcome to OverDrive!

When you click the OverDrive link on NKO. The Navy’s OverDrive site will open in a new window. NKO gives OverDrive the secret handshake that says you’re an approved Navy Library customer, and that you’re eligible to create a borrower’s account. Click “Account” to create your borrower’s account.

You can now create your borrower’s account. Use any email address and password you’d like. We recommend using a personal email address as NMCI emails may change with new ship or command assignments. Passwords must be over 6 characters long. NOTE: Password reset links can ONLY be sent to the email address used to login.
