You may use Audacity (Windows) or Garageband (Apple).

Share Recording to iTunes

You may use iTunes with both Windows and Apple operating systems.

Tag MP3 File

This may be done in iTunes or MP3 tagging software of your choice.

Upload to a Podcast Hosting Service

You may use a free or paid hosting service of your choice.

Creating Podcasts

Record audio using Audacity (Windows) or GarageBand (Apple)

Share audio to iTunes and create new MP3 Version

Tag MP3 Upload MP3 to a podcast hosting service
