• Created in 1997

• Major European education portals for learning resources, collaboration and skills

• Leads the way in bringing about change in schooling through the use of new technology

Commercial (e.g. text book publishers) and public resources (e.g. libraries, museums)


• Educational use in motivated amount is permitted (fair use)

• You need author’s agreement to distribute, adapt or translate the resource

published in a format that explicitly allows copying
