Technology Integration in the Classroom
Digital Storytelling
Digital Storytelling means using digital
media such as pictures, video, audio, and
presentation slides to give a lesson, provide information, or tell any
kind of story.
Anyone can learn to use digital media to help them create their digital story. PowerPoint, Slideshare, Windows MovieMaker, YouTube video editor,
Audacity, and Prezi are just some of the tools that are
available.
Teachers can keep their students motivated by using creative digital storytelling to present
lessons in a more interesting way in which their digital generation
students can relate.
When students, either individually or in groups, use digital storytelling to
show what they have learned after an
assignment, they also develop their digital skills
while presenting their knowledge to the class in
an entertaining way.

how technology in the classroom can engage
students. http://www.edutopia.org/technology-integration-introduction-video
