DESCRIPTION

The disruptive changes in Higher Education (HE) require disruptive thinking in the delivery of business processes and IT services to adapt to the magnitude of the change. My view is that the delivery of business processes and IT services that the support a university will change to a mix of commodity business processes and IT services delivered by external providers and that there will be a significant reduction and dependency on the existing Internal IT function.
