VISION
We envision an established training venue that will develop students into socially and morally concerned individuals striving for the protection and care of the environment, and the promotion of human welfare especially in times of disaster.

MISSION
To promote individual and team outdoor skills, emergency response and
environmental stewardship abilities through the philosophy and principle that an individual develops self confidence, awareness and concern for others when when dealing with outdoor challenges and shared experiences.

DLSOCC Officers
EDUCATION & TRAINING OFFICER – Shall be in charge of the training and education of all members of the organization. This officer shall develop training manuals, programs and activities. Shall perform other duties that maybe assigned.
PHYSICAL FITNESS OFFICER – Shall create physical fitness and development programs that all members of the organization shall go through prior to major activities. Shall perform other duties that maybe assigned.
