With one aim:To be free from the

dictators hand.

The nation came together at Epifanio De los Santos Avenue.

An estimated million(s) of people gathered around the street of EDSA.

Civilians, militaries, church officers like nuns and priests,

officials, composed the People Power.

Even children were brought by their

parents to join the revolution.

Worried by the commotion, Marcos

sent military battalion and tanks to sway the

people.

But instead of fighting with arms, the people

face them in a peaceful way.

They prayed and showed acts of

kindness to Marcos’ forces instead.

They also gave them food, water, and flowers.

With the power of faith, unity, spirit, and heart.

The nation was successful in getting the

FREEDOM they want.
