The Quadrantis , City of Pacific. It is a floating city , where its main attractionof the city is the city hall , which is known as " The Heart of the Quadrantis(HQ). The Quadrantis is also a trading city . Agriculture and industries are allgathered at the outer layer of the city , which business and government

offices is located at the inner layer , surrounding the city hall in the city. Theaim of the Quadrantis is to gather all the refugees and immigrants around theglobe and to protect them. The city is also specially designed with a ballast tankfitted below the city , where the city will submerge into the ocean in order toprotect the citizens. This city is in square shape . It is built based on " Angkor

Wat's structure with implementing its grid line format into Quadrants . With onlyvertical & horizontal roads on the city and no curves. The side of the city isbuilt with high durability steel in order to withstand the incoming waves . The

outer wall of the city wil be merge with a high density glass barrier towithstand the water pressure when going underwater.

We used blue staplerbullets and transparentperspective to build our

police station as we knowthat police station is

usually in white and bluein color.

The blue buildings are Thesecond type of residential

area which is thecondominium. We build more

condominiums for therefugees and immigrants ascondominium provide more

living space for the citizens..

The buildings in the middleare our public transport

terminal. It is a place wherecitizens wait for the public

transport . The provided publictransportation will stop atevery stations, the terminal

allow the citizens to go in andout.

The wind turbines act as anelectricity generator . The

wind turbine is built aroundthe corner of the city as thewind flow is stronger nearby

the sea .
