    INTRODUCTIONCloverleaf is a new city built on the southwest side of Morib-Sepang in Selangor. The city is roughly 70km away from Kuala Lumpur & only 40km away from Kuala Lumpur International Airport. With an objective of being the next high-technology city, challenging Palo Alto, Bangalore & Malaysias own Cyberjaya, the city is set to be a brand new living space for citizens of Malaysia and also Interna-tional Residents, with an expected of 30% foreign workforce to help with the development of future technology. Cloverleaf promises a sustainable environment to live in along with world-class education facilities.

    Cloverleaf is shaped exactly like a Clover Leaf, the base of the city is built using a method known as Land Reclamation. The total area of Cloverleaf is 50km square with an expected population of 200,000 people.

    Our Initiatives & Economy

    As our promise of providing a sustainable eco-friendly environment to live in, every building that is certi-fied by the Malaysian Green Building Index (GBI) will be given local land tax relieves compared to non-cer-tified buildings. Public Parks will also be built all across Cloverleaf, regardless of the area being commer-cial or even industrial. Tress will be planted all across major roads at the sidewalk along with dedicated bicycle cycling paths. Friday, Saturday & Sunday will be No Plastic-bag Day aswell.

    Cloverleaf will feature an arcology hyperstructure known as the CLOARCH (Cloverleaf Arcology Habitat), boasting a residential space of up to 8,000 unit in a single CLOARCH. Each CLOARCH will be separated to different community district. With an expected 10 CLOARCH to be built with a population of 200,000 people, CLOARCH will be more than sufficient enough to supply the massive growing population of todays community.

    Cloverleaf will have a social and business code that supports innovation and entrepreneurship, with large concentration in the field of high-technology engineering and computing. Cloverleaf provides research grant to companies and institutional boards that seek potential strength in the technology field.

    Not only that, faced with rapidly expanding Refugee & Migrant crisis around the world where refugees are often shunned, discriminated against or forgotten, Cloverleaf sets to approach them with a big open arm. Giving them an opportunity or a restart in life. Providing them industrial training where in return will help in the growth of the industry.

    A good waste management is essential for preventing diseases as well as controlling pollution. This is why in Clo-verleaf, recycling is encouraged to all. Incentives such as tax rebates will be given to households that recycle items, mainly Paper, Glass & Plastic. For which in an event where an item cannot be recycled, they will be sent to an inciner-ator. Excess water to be channelled to underground water dams as an alternative green energy.

    MAIN ATTRACTIONCloverleaf Arcology Habitat

    (CLOARCH)Being on of the first Arcology Habitat in Malaysia, Cloverleaf boast a total of 4 different types of Arcology Habitat. Labelled as Type 1, Type 2, Type 3 & Type 4.

    TYPE 1

    Soaring up the sky with a total height of 450 Meters, The Type 1 CLOARCH boast a total of 90 storeys with 8,000 Residential Unit with an additional 2,000 unit of Commercial lot available.

    TYPE 3

    This rectangular megastructure has a heigh of 400 Meters and has 95 storeys (including 10 un-derground). The Type 3 CLOARCH will accomodate up to 10,000 residents.

    TYPE 2This large wide megastructure rises up with a height of 350 Meters & 70 storeys The Type 2 CLOARCH will house a total 7,000 Residential Units and 1,000 Commercial Unit.

    TYPE 4The long rectangular structure is about 250 meters tall and a whooping 400 meter wide. This Type 4 CLOARCH will house 9,000 residential units with additional 2,000 commercial units

    Each CLOARCH will feature dedicated solar panels, wind turbines, water treatment facility, parking garages, moving walkways, express elevators and sports facilities.

    CITY ZONINGRESIDENTIAL

    This is the area where most citizens will be at. Citizens of Cloverleaf will be residing in 10 total CLOARCH. (2 of each Type 1 & 2, 3 of each Type 3 & 4). The CLOARCH will be built along the stretch of the Leaf where each CLOARCH will represent a District zone. Among the CLOARCH itself, there are areas of convenience such as place of worship, restaurants, book stores & etc. Public Services such as Police Stations, Fire Stations & Hospitals will also be inside each CLOARCH serving the community. Basic facilities such as playgrounds, sport arena, commu-nity halls and even a velodrome will be also built inside the CLOARCH. As each CLOARCH is significantly tall, there is a vast aerial view at the rooftop where you can view almost the whole of Cloverleaf and even Morib-Sepang. Each district will have its own dedicated Primary & Secondary School. Along with its own District Government Office.

    COMMERCIAL

    This is where most government buildings, businesses, office buildings, logistics company, will be located at. Citizens may also relax and have a day out over here as main shopping malls & even a shopping district is located here. Attractions such as a botanical garden, bird park, central museum & a zoo is also located in the commercial zone. These place are seperated mainly towards the right side of the Leaf, whereas Businesses office are at the lower leaf and government buildings in the center. At the near end of the left Leaf, a theme park will be built along with an artificial beach, as a recreational area for any sunday outgoers. This area is also where the Cloverleaf Stadium will be built, hosting sports events up to musical concerts. This will certainly boost up the tourist coming into Cloverleaf.

    INDUSTRIAL

    This is the area where most of the manufacturing begins, with Cloverleaf housing the top High-Tech-nology companies in the world, there are certainly set to have manufacturing facilities built here to improve the local economy in terms of providing jobs. As our initiative to allow refugees & migrants into Cloverleaf, this area will also house hostels and accomodation for the refugees. Allowing them easy access to their workplace without the trouble of travelling all the way from the Residential Leaf. Dedicated Police Station, Fire Station & Hospitals will be all around the Industrial Area as a quick response unit to respond to any emergency. A Military base will also be located in the area.

    INFRASTRUCTURE & CULTUREPUBLIC TRANSPORTATION - LIGHT RAIL TRANSIT (LRT)

    Cloverleaf will house a world-class LRT transportation service. Mirroring Singapore & Japans network. Taking into consideration the geological location of Cloverleaf, most of the LRT Railways will be underground to prevent any building of additional structure on top. Train frequency will change according to the time of the day. Boasting a 24/7 service

    PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION - BUS RAPID TRANSIT

    Slow speeds, infrequent arrival, and a generally low service level too often make buses less appealing than rail. But this is where with a dedicated Bus Rapid Transit System, you do not have to worry anymore about infrequent arrivals and such. Our busses are all fully electrical, carry more people and uses less space. Not to forget that it is also eco-friendly.

    ELECTRIC VEHICLES (EV) INITIATIVE

    Being sure, not everyone is willing to take the public transport no matter how effective they are. This is where we encourage citizens to purchase Electric Vehicles, such as Teslas Model S. Charging Pods will be built all around the city & even in parking garage, slowly replacing the Petrol Stations. Incentives will also be given to Electric Vehicles such as Tax Rebate and lower Road Tax.

    DEDICATED BICYCLE LANES

    With all this eco-friendly transportation going around, Cloverleaf will build a dedicated bicycle lanes on all available roads, providing additional parking area for bicycles aswell as bicycles to be sold at a tax-free rate.

    ELEVATED WALKWAYS

    Taken from Le Corbusiers City of Tomorrow, elevated walkways seperates the main road, where citizens can walk around without thinking of having a car knocking over you. This is also a way physical activity such as jogging can be held.

    THE UNIVERSITY OF CLOVERLEAF

    The University Of Cloverleaf is expected to attract many foreign students. The University will focus on few major fields, notably Engi-neering, IT Computing & Business. With a goal of being one of the top University in the region. The University will nurture graduates that will further innovate the technological field of Cloverleaf.

    CLOVERLEAF DISTRICT OF TECHNOLOGY

    Housing a large amount of the worlds top technology company is not an easy tasks, this is where the Cloverleaf District of Technology is accounted for. This area specializes as a district that will house all the main offices of the companys.
