Evidence is a label regularly used to describe the supporting material in persuasion.

We should always carefully choose the needs of a claim of evidence to reach the target audience.

Legal precedent Personal precedent

This is a legal case establishing a rule that the court uses when deciding subsequent cases with similar issues. Once a principle of law has been made by the court it is very hard to reverse. This is one of the most difficult and powerful kinds of evidence to challenge.

Observing the personal actions of others in order to be able to understand the expectations for future behaviors.

We tend to mimic and observe other peoples actions so we wont be outcasts. If we see one person doing something we go and do it to. For example. If one starts picking up trash at a beach we feel that its are responsibility to make sure are area is also clean. In any other situation we would probably just get up and leave with out looking at our surroundings.

Statistical evidence is considered of surveys, polls and experimental results from laboratory’s. It is a form of support for the evidence. Statistics are not always reliable.

Testimonial Evidence is a judgment of a reality that is stated by another person. There are three forms of Testimonial evidence. Which are Eyewitness testimony, Expert-witness evidence calls, and historiography.

Eyewitness Testimony is when a person points the finger at the suspect and testifies against the suspect. This person actually saw the crime happened and is actually willing to witness to that occurrence.

As well as the eyewitness being the best candidate to revealing the truth about the crime it can also hurt the case by false accusasion. An eyewitness could get confused and remember the person in one way and when they get a line up of suspects they could believe its one person but they could be wrong. It could be an innocent person that has the same resemblance as the true criminal.

Expert-witness evidence is forensics or evidence that incriminates the suspect from a professional point of view. The qualified person gives the fact of the question in a professional way.

CREDIBILITY OF EVIDENCE

When you present evidence you have to be very specific and let the court know where you got the information.

- If you witness a crime scene you need let it be known that you saw the crime happened and you need to be specific of all the details and how it happened.-If you happened to read about the accusation you have to say you read it and not visually witness it.
