INTRODUCTIONAt the present day world it is the centre of all

thinking to secure the next generation. “Juvenile” are those who are under the age

of maturity. Now most of them have committed crime. Day by day the list of such type of “juvenile crime” has been increased.

In this presentation we are going to focus your minds into those thoughts.

WHAT IS JUVENILE CRIME?In most of the states juveniles are defined between the age of 10 to 18 years, a majority of them admit to engaging in some delinquent behaviour.

◊ Sexual harassment.◊ Murder.◊ Vandalism, loitering and theft.◊ Cyber crime.◊ Tobacco, drug and alcoholic addiction.◊ Reckless car driving or bike riding.

CAUSES OF JUVENILE CRIME

● SOCIAL FACTOR: All the peoples does not treated equally and can’t use natural resources. ● ECONOMICAL FACTOR: The main economical factor Is unemployment.

●URBANIZATION :In the urban region thebasic disciplinary rule has been broken. ● FAMILY BACKGROUND: Lack of adequate parental control.

● ELECTRONIC MEDIA:Adult scene and the criminal cases shown in films and serialsinfluences the youths.

● LACK OF EDUCATION:Most of the students leave the school before time and the guardians are also irresponsible to guide their pupils in education.

Children working in garage while they have to learn .

●PEER GROUP INFLUENCE :When friends commit crimeadolescents often learn to do it and they cannot understand theconsequences of the crime.

● BIOLOGICAL FACTORS:●Hereditary defects , feeblemindedness, glandular imbalance.• A survey of criminal patients demonstrated some of themhaving extra ‘Y’ chromosome.

● LOW INTELLIGENCE AND ACADEMIC FAILURE:Due to academic failure, under the pressure of

parents some of youths choose the path Of criminals.

NUMBER OF SMOKERS UP BY 35 MILLION IN 30 YEARS IN INDIA. MOST OF THEM ARE YOUTHS. THEY START SMOKING FOR FASHION AND GET ADDICTED.

In the beginning of the year 2014 this survey had been done by “INDIAN JOURNAL OF COMMUNITY MEDICINE” on the juveniles.

WHY TEENAGERS USING TOBACCO SMOKING

◊ Expectation of failure.◊ Lack of knowledge.◊ Fear with weight grain.◊ Concern about stress management.◊ Influence of roll model(tension , anxiety).◊ Sense of immaturity.◊ Social acceptance.

Types of tobacco use in India

● Smoked forms of tobacco use:◊ Bidis, Cigarettes, Cigars,

Cheroots, Pipe, Chillum, Hookah etc.

● Smokeless forms of tobacco use:◊ Paan masala.◊ areca nut and slaked

lime preparations, Mainpuri tobacco, Khaini, gutkha.

EFFECT OF TOBACCO SMOKING• Increased heart rate.• Increased blood

pressure.• Breathing difficulties.• Cancer.• Passive smoking.

ACCORDING TO THE REPORT OF “INDIA TODAY” PUBLISHED ON 27TH AUGUST, 2013 IT HAD BEEN SEEN THAT IN PUNJUB NEARLY 75% OF YOUTH ADDICTED TO DRUGS, THAT’S MEAN 3 OUT OF EVERY 4 CHILDREN.

IN INDIA THE OVERALL PICTURE IS MORE OR LESS SAME AS 75% INDIAN HOUSE CONTAINS ATLEAST ONE DRUG TAKER.

Why is drug abuse thriving amongst Indian Youngsters?

BY TWO THEORY WE CAN EXPLAIN THAT…..1. TECHNICAL APPROACH :-Based on scientific experimentation NEURON ACTIVITY IN ADOLESCENT THAT MAKES IRRATIONALITY.

2. PRACTICAL APPROACH :-Based on peer pressure and curiosity THE STUDY GOES ON TO REPORT THAT AN ADDITIONAL 35% OF

SUBJECTS INTERVIEWED BECAME ADDICTED AFTER TRYING OUT DRUGS FOR FUN AND OUT OF CURIOSITY.

SEXUAL HARASSMENT

Sexual Harassment is the unwelcome attention of a sexual nature, occurring through verbal or physical interaction.

parental control.◊Late night party.◊Negligence of govt.◊Bad seen by

channels.

had been sexually harassed when they are in chat room.

CYBER SQUATTINGCyber squatting is an act of registering a famous domain name and then selling it.

PHISHINGIt is one of the many frauds in the internet. By some message one can access to the

others mail or social networking account or other.

VISHINGVISHING IS A PRACTICE OF USING SOCIAL ENGINEERING AND VOICE OVER IP (VOIP) TO

GAIN ACCESS TO OTHER FINANCIAL INFORMATION.

WHY INDIA?

data packages.

1. Guardian should give their pupils adequate parental observation up to a certain age.

2. Starting from the primary school to high school the students should learn the basic disciplinary

behaviour besides the academic science. 3. Electronic media have to conscious about this.4. Government have to change their image.

5. THE JUVENILE JUSTICE SYSTEM MUST BE MODIFIED.6. GOVERNMENT SHOULD LOOK AFTER THE

JUVENILE POWER TO FULFILL THEIR OWN.8. ALL THE PEOPLE MUST HAVE RIGHT TO ACCESS ALL

Summery of Juvenile Crime

Young generation is the future of our country. They are the hope for all of us. But they also do some offences unconsciously. Those are called Juvenile crime.

Basically Juvenile crime is participation in illegal behavior by minors. Juvenile delinquent is a person who is typically under the age of 18 and commits an act that otherwise would have been charged as a crime if they were an adult. Types of juvenile crime –

Use of tobacco.Use of alcohol.Use of drugs.Reckless driving.Sexual harassments.Murder.Cyber crime.

Addictions –

Up to a limit any type of addiction is good for human kind. But access use of any type of addictive can cause problem. Nicotine, alcohol, drug helps to come out from any type of stress, depression, disease. But access of use nicotine can cause cancer, access use of alcohol can cause heart attack, and drug overdose causes death, heart attack, sometimes victim committed suicide.

Other crimes –

Any person or incident can easily manipulate our young generation. In that case they do many illegal jobs like murder ,cyber crime, sexual harassments etc. now a day cyber crime and sexual harassments are very common in juvenile crime. Everyday there are news about those.

Conclusion –

Our young generations can solve any problems of world if they are guided properly. But if not so they can be a serious threat for all of us. They are like clay. Proper guidance and manners can make them god and improper guidance and make them devil.
