• Fracture bed is one which is use for a patient with fracture of the trunk or extremities to provide a firm support by the use of firm matters that rest on the bed board of fracture board.

OBJECTIVE

1. To provide a strong unyielding foundation for the patient.

2. To make the patient as comfortable as possible.

3. To prevent movement of the fracture bone especially in spinal fracture and fracture of the skull bone.
