Sausage and Egg Waffle Sandwich

Ingredients 3 pieces eggs, individually scrambled and fried 3 sausage patties, fried Pancake syrup Waffle ingredients: 1 cup all-purpose flour 1 tablespoon granulated white sugar 12 tablespoons warm milk 3 tablespoons melted butter (unsalted) 1 piece raw egg 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract 2 teaspoons baking powder 1/2 teaspoon salt

Cooking Procedure• Combine baking powder, all-purpose flour, salt, and sugar in a mixing bowl.• Mix using a wire whisk.• Beat the egg in another bowl while gradually pouring-in the milk, butter, and vanilla extract.• Combine the egg mixture with the dry ingredients and mix well to incorporate.• Preheat the waffle iron.• When it becomes hot, scoop the mixture into it• Continue cooking until the waffles becomes crisp and golden brown.• Set aside.• Arrange the cooked sausage patty and egg in between 2 waffles.• Place a slice of butter on top of the waffle and pour-in a little pancake syrup.• Serve. Tuna Salad

Ingredients 2 cans (14 ounces) white tuna 1/2 cup mayonnaise 1 tablespoon parmesan cheese 1 tablespoon cheddar cheese 1 medium white onion, minced 1/3 teaspoon garlic powder 1/4 cup minced celery 1/2 teaspoon granulated white sugar Salt and pepper to taste

Cooking Procedure• Drain the liquid from the tuna and then place the tuna in a medium mixing bowl.• Add mayonnaise, parmesan and cheddar cheeses, onion, celery, garlic powder, and white sugar.• Gently mix to incorporate all the ingredients.• Try to taste the mixture and then add salt and pepper as needed. Serve.• Share and Enjoy!

Fudge Brownies

Ingredients 3/4 cup unsweetened baking cocoa powder 1 1/4 cup all-purpose flour 2 cups granulated white sugar 4 pieces raw eggs 10 tablespoons vegetable oil 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract 1 to 1 1/2 cups chopped walnuts 1/2 teaspoon salt 2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips 1 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Cooking Procedure• Combine the flour, cocoa powder, sugar, and salt. Mix well and then set aside.• Using a different bowl, combine the eggs, vegetable oil, and vanilla extract. Whisk until all the ingredients are

incorporated.• Fold-in the dry ingredients and mix until everything is well distributed.• Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.• Arrange the mixture in a baking pan.• Bake for 18 to 22 minutes, or until it passes the toothpick test• Melt the chocolate chips in a saucepan and then pour-in the condensed milk and vanilla extract. Mix well.• Remove the brownies from the oven and then spread the chocolate mixture over. Sprinkle the top with

chopped walnuts. Let cool in room temperature and then refrigerate for a couple of hours.• Serve. Share and enjoy!

Ingredients 1 medium tilapia, cleaned and scales removed 1 medium unripe tomato, cubed 1 small yellow onion, chopped 1 teaspoon minced ginger 1 tablespoon lemon juice 2 teaspoons cooking oil Salt and pepper to taste

Cooking Procedure• Make about 2 to 3 slits on each side of the tilapia deep enough to reach the bones.• Rub about 1 teaspoon of salt per side. Let the fish absorb the flavor for about 15 minutes.• Combine the tomato, onion, ginger, lemon juice, salt, and ground black pepper in a medium bowl. Mix well.• Scoop the tomato and onion mixture and stuff inside the cavity of the tilapia. Try to stuff all the mixture, if possible. Note that

the tilapia should have a cut under the body due to removal of the innards.• Wrap the tilapia in an aluminum foil. Make sure that everything is covered.• Preheat oven to 370 degrees Fahrenheit.• Bake the tilapia for 20 minutes.• Remove the tilapia from the oven and then open the top so that the fish is exposed. Brush the cooking oil over the fish.• Change the settings of the oven to broil (about 510 degrees Fahrenheit). Put the fish back-in with the exposed top. Broil for 15

minutes.• Remove the fish from the oven and serve with toyomansi.• Share and enjoy!

Ingredients 1 lb ground beef (80/20) 1 lb ground pork 1/2 cup raisins 1 cup frozen green peas 1 medium yellow onion, minced 1 teaspoon minced garlic 1 medium tomato, diced 3 tablespoons tomato paste 1 tablespoon light soy sauce 3 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce 6 pieces fried banana (saba) 6 pieces fried eggs 6 cups of hot steamed white rice Salt and ground black pepper to taste

Cooking Procedure• In a large cooking pan, sauté the onion, garlic, and tomato• When the tomato becomes soft, put-in the ground beef and pork. Cook for 5 to 7 minutes.• Pour-in tomato paste, Worcestershire sauce, soy sauce, and raisins. Stir and then cover the pan. Simmer for 10 to 12 minutes or

until the liquid evaporates.• Remove the cover and then put-in the green peas. Cook for 5 to 8 minutes in low to medium heat.• Arrange in individual plates with steamed rice, fried bananas, and fried egg.• Serve. Share and enjoy!

Tuna Salad Sandwich

Ingredients 1 (14 oz) can albacore tuna 4 tablespoons mayonnaise 1 tablespoon shredded cheddar cheese 1 tablespoon minced white onion 2 tablespoons minced celery 1/2 teaspoon granulated white sugar 1 1/2 tablespoon sweet pickle relish 2 pieces hamburger bun or slices of loaf bread Salt and pepper to taste

Cooking Procedure• Remove the liquid from the canned tuna.• Combine tuna, cheddar cheese, onion, mayonnaise, pickle relish, sugar, and celery. Mix well.• Taste the mixture and then add salt and pepper as needed.• Toast the hamburger buns or loaf slices• Arrange the tuna salad in between the buns. You may add vegetables such as sliced tomato and lettuce, if desired. You can also

slice the bread in half.• Serve. Share and enjoy!

Baked Garlic Rosemary Chicken

Ingredients 1 1/2 lbs. chicken, cut into serving pieces 1 lb. red potatoes 2 tablespoons chopped fresh Rosemary 2 tablespoons minced garlic 2 pieces lemon 3 tablespoon olive oil Water for boiling the potato 2 teaspoons salt 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper 1 teaspoon garlic powder

Cooking Procedure• Boil the potatoes for 8 minutes. Remove from the pot and let cool.• Slice the potatoes into quarters. Sprinkle some garlic powder and then set aside.• In a bowl, combine garlic, rosemary, 1 tablespoon olive oil, juice of 2 lemons, salt, and ground black pepper. Mix well.• Combine the rosemary mixture with the chicken. Make sure that the chicken is coated with the mixture equally. Marinate for 30

minutes.• Heat a frying pan and then pour-in remaining olive oil.• Pan-fry each side of the chicken for 4 to 6 minutes.• Preheat oven to 425 degrees Fahrenheit.• Arrange chicken and potatoes in an oven-proof tray.• Bake for 30 to 40 minutes.• Remove from the oven, and then serve.• Share and enjoy!

Ingredients 1/2 cup all-purpose flour, sifted 3/4 cups wheat bran 1/2 cup buttermilk 3 tablespoons raisins 1 piece raw egg 1/4 cup vegetable oil 4 tablespoons brown sugar 2 tablespoons granulated white sugar 1/2 teaspoon baking soda 1/2 teaspoon baking powder 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract A pinch of salt

Cooking Procedure• Combine buttermilk and bran. Let it stay for 12 to 15 minutes.• Meanwhile, preheat oven to 370 degrees Fahrenheit.• In a mixing bowl, beat eggs and then add the vanilla extract and sugars. Mix well until all the ingredients are well incorporated.• Pour-in the buttermilk and bran. Mix well.• Fold-in flour and raisins.• Arrange the mixture in muffin cups and then bake for 14 to 18 minutes or until it passes the toothpick test.• Serve. Share and enjoy!
