4. What is this class about?

This class will be about four main things.

1. Geography skills

2. Reading and Writing skills

3. Developing an understanding of the people and

places of the world.

4. Developing an ability to make good decisions and

perform in a school environment.

5. Expectations

• Tomorrow we will in depth with

the expectations.

• For today understand that I

expect you to be prepared for

class, to do your work in class,

and take responsibility for your

own decisions.

6. Supplies• Everyday you must have these four

things:

1. Pen or Pencil (it is best to bring

several) that is ready to write.

2. Three Ring Binder (or folder) with

class materials. (This will be in class)

3. College ruled lined paper.

4. Your textbook. Geography Alive.
