Institution Data Entry

The Institution Data Entry is assigned for institution by Institution Administrator and has authority to - Add Good Practice Records. - Edit/Delete Good Practice Records that are added but not yet sent to Institution Administrator. - Display Good Practice Records Status.

Institution Administrator

The Institution Administrator receives Good Practice records from Data Entry and has authority to: - Publish Good Practice records. - Edit Good Practice records. - Delete Good Practice records. - Reject Good Practice records.

Adding a New Success Stories / Good Practice

• Login to back end interface by typing Data Entry username and password which was assigned to him by Institution Admin then click login

The backend main page is displayed • Click Modules link. The Modules main page is displayed • Click Good Practice / Success Stories link in the Modules main page. The Good

Practice main page is displayed

• Click Add New link in the Good Practice main page .The Add-Edit Good Practice main page is displayed .

• Type the Good Practice information in the displayed form then click Submit then Exit.

• click work in progress in the Good Practice main page . The Good Practice record is added but not sent to the institution admin.

• To delete a record, select the Good Practice record then click Delete. The record will be deleted.

• To update a record, select the Good Practice record then click Edit ,then change the fields to be updated and click Submit .

• To send an Good Practice record to Institution Admin for approval, select the Good Practice record need to be sent then click Send

After sending the record to the institution Admin, data Entry has no right to edit or delete that record until returned to him by Institution Admin

• To View an Good Practice record, Click View

• To display records sent to Institution admin but not yet published click “To be published” , All Good Practice records sent to Institution admin but not yet published will be displayed.

• To display records approved by Institution Admin and published to front end, click Published , All Published Good Practices records will be displayed.

• To display records that are rejected by institution Admin and return back to Data Entry to edit or delete, click Rejected by Publisher , All rejected Good Practice records will be displayed.

• Login to back end interface by typing Institution Admin username and password then click login

• The Back end main page is displayed • Click Modules link. The Modules main page is displayed. • Click Good Practices link in the Modules main page. The Good Practice main

page is displayed • The Institution Admin can click on to be published to revise the record details.

• If the record accepted by the Institution Admin, select the record name then click publish , The record will be published on the front end interface.
