PowerPoint Presentation:

Five Main Commandments

Do not use bullets. Give each idea / statement a whole particular slide

Avoid using rubbishy

pictures. Use only photo stock

images with high quality

Try not to use dissolving,

spinning and other loopy transitions

Don’t use PowerPoint sound effects. If you NEED to add some

audio accompaniment, use some outer

sounds, like jags from CDs.

Don’t pass out the printouts

of your presentation.

They are redundant

Think of a good design,

avoid using clichés and be a part of the

presentation yourself.
