resources pertinent to their subject area of focus

• To enable participates to select, locate, access, retrieve, evaluate, organize, and preserve information

• To provide hands-on practice with a variety of database search interfaces and management tools

Digital archives:preserve and provide access to the electronic archival records

comprise of digitized images of historical records ranging from paper-based materials to analog media

have records that are born-digitally

designed with the user in mind

increase access to special collections!
