2 *IWB in every class are extremely well used both for whole class teaching and independant learning for small groups/pairs.*Video-conferencing allows the children to have weekly Spanish lessons working with another local school- one week is delivered 'face-to-face' at our school, and video-conferenced to the other school, and the following week we swap over. The equipment (provided by our EAZ) is very high quality and allows content sharing of learning materials over the VC link.

An annual review of staff ICT Training needs takes place, although ad-hoc training takes place for any new software/hardware as and when it arrives in school.

Training needs are discussed during the induction process for new staff and are delivered by the ICT Co-ordinator or other 'expert staff' in school. A list of 'staff expertise' exists on the ICT Mark board who staff can go to for support with particular hardware/software.

NOF Training took place for staff when it was available and TA's follow an ICT based CPD course organised by NAPTA. Teachers attend CPD courses where required/available (e.g.

Pupils: Our pupils' actual use of ICT for learning beyond the school

2 *Staff ensure learning is celebrated within school through Star/Learner of the week- certificates are given for any additional learning pupils have carried out at home.* CVTV is used to showcase video/powerpoints made by pupils and are uploaded to blogs so that pupils can share them at home. *By Jan 2010, each class will have a page on the Chad Vale Moodle- and will be able to access this from home to further support their learning within school.

Families: We engage families in their children's learning with ICT by
