INITIAL IDEAS – PRELIMINARY TASK

School based magazine

EXPLANATION

This draft shows my first collection of Ideas for my school based magazine. The

front cover will represent two students and a teacher working on a technology

project . I will do this by positioning them by a work bench either constructing

a rocket or melting a material that would clearly insinuate design technology

within the school environment. To signify each of the models’ status’ on the

magazine I will alter each of their costumes to fit a certain stereotype. For

example the teacher will be in smart attire with a “STAFF” labelled lanyard.

Whereas the students will have a “STUDENT” lanyard on display. I have

decided to have small subheadings of Information that conventionally promote

the school or inform the reader on recent events. Therefore for mine I will

have the ‘SALT SUCCESS’ .
