Mindfulness a neuroscience-based practice that emphasizes retraining the brain to perform in the present moment with an inquisitive, non- judgmental mind.

Each lesson lasts for 15-20 minutes.
Test Taking Stress Management Curriculum
This curriculum is designed to address
the increased levels of stress due to
the high stakes testing and PARCC
exams.
Workshops for Parents and Teachers
Mindfulness and Parenting – an option
for a workshop or a series. This
workshop includes basic mindfulness
practices applied to self-care and self-
regulation for parents.
Mindfulness for Teachers – an option
for a workshop or a series built into
the in-service days. The workshop
would be opt-in and includes basic
mindfulness practices applied to self-
care and self-regulation for teachers.
