Thoughts Prior to this Lesson

Before this lesson, my classes evolved more are information literacy. We have projects and topics that require my students to research or solve a problem by finding the information from sources other than their textbooks. Although I sometimes require they have at least one resource from a printed venue, most of the time I leave the choices about the resources they want to use up to them, which is usually the Internet.

Thoughts (continued)

I realize from the videos, readings, and my knowledge of where my students get their information, that my students relate more to the Internet and other media than I do and are probably more media and Internet literate than I am in many ways.
