Students can learn how to calculate the area of a circle, the measurements of angles in a triangle, or even how to understand the difference between parallel and perpendicular lines.

3. Gather data, examine patterns, and apply information for decision making using digital tools and resources. (1, 4) Researching online in the classroom is a great way to allow

students to gather information for projects. Lesson idea: Have students research one topic, using a list of

available websites. They would be required to compare the data from the different sites, and come up with their version of the most interesting way to present the topic.
