We have both ISO-9002 and TS-16949 certification for our factories. All of our engineers have in-depth experience in engineering and manufacturing with an average of 25 years experience.

• Procedures/Testing DetailsWe use high-frequency applications and have QC inspectors on the production lines. Tests include hardness, bending, torque and plating thickness testing procedures. We also provide lot sampling testing based on individual customer requirements.

• Other InformationOur QC equipment includes optical projector, optical mircoscopes, mirco-vickers hardness facility, Rockwell hardness facility, salt spray test cabinets, torque testing equipment, torsional strength equipment, linear tester, ring gauge, SPC, tensile tester, and coating thickness measurer.
