To Decide is to determine what you must do to fulfill your goals.

To Choose is to select your preference based on options that may be good or bad.

The first step is to decipher who you are: A Decision Maker or a Chooser?

• Your definition • Your measures• Your effort• Your point of reference

Motive : Desire

• You must want to succeed. The need to succeed is equal to the need to breathe...that's desire.

• You have to do what you should do even when you do not feel like it. You have to discipline the mind and body.

• Diligence: Starting is only half the battle. You must consistently attend to and with determination endure till the task is complete.
