Instructional Delivery•An effective online instructor has the ability to make modifications on the course and utilize the flexibility offered by online learning modes. The instructor realizes the benefit of both methods of delivery (Online, face-to-face, and blended)

- Individually, or in groups of 2-3, design a classroom lesson plan that exemplifies using effective online instruction
