Grease the baking form.(if available)

Cut the baking paper.

Weigh, mix and knead the dough.

At first mix 500g of flour and 1 package of baking powder.

Then put the rest of the ingredients to the flour and baking powder.

Form the dough if a baking form is not available.

Form a circle of dough.

Then put the right and the left side of the dough in the middle.

Put the quark stollen in the oven.

Baking time in a pre-heated oven: 60-70 min.

Top-/bottom heat: 160-180°C

Hot air: 150°C

Put a cold wet cloth on the hot baking form.

The reason:Without a cold wet cloth the stollen will break.

Spread the stollen with melted butter.

Coat it with powdered sugar.
