Now that we get your full attention let's talk about real solutions to a real problem - lack of sleep caused by stress.

Different angles of the problem

Lack of sleep is not just a problem with falling asleep. It can also make you tired the next day, affect your work and family life. It can even lead to insomnia or other diseases we have never heard of but we are sure they exist.

You roll from side to side and try to get some sleep, but you can't..

go out and find 3 random strangers mailboxes. Take a note of the owners, go back home and prepare anonymous card wishing them a good day. Go back and put the cards back into their mailboxes!

You want to fall asleep so badly

Congrats. You've made 3 strangers' day start great! Feel good about yourself and take a nap till the end of the night.

find a 24/7 drug store. Go there and buy ear plugs for your family.

Or tackle the root of the problem instead.
