I admitted on MBA program at 2007. That was a challenge for me because I was a responsible position in a Aviation company. My teacher give me a thesis, but he give me a short time limit.

I started work with simultaneously office and thesis work. I successfully finished my thesis. As a result , I post graduated with MBA degree, and I received my certification.

I joined with Lions Clubs International at 2001. Lions Club International worked for poor people. Work for poor people is a challenge because most of the work place was at remote area. We start work by collecting donation for poor people. We also organized blood donation program too. We collected donation and blood. We distribute the donation goods to poor people, and we donate blood to blood bank.

As a member of Lions Club International, I was invited from Dr. Yunus (Novel Peace price winner). Dr. Yunus

operate a NGO which is worked for poor people. He give me some assignment for his NGO’s. I want to remote

area, meat with the affected people. I find out problem and report to Dr. Yunus. He advice his organization to

solved that problems. Dr. Yunus also give me a appreciation letter for my work.

I joined GMG Airlines at middle of 2000. GMG arrange a basic passenger services training program for me. GMG assign a target for me at the same time. I took that challenge. After that, I start

worked for reach my goal, and I fulfill the target which was assigned for me. For that result and my performance, I got

promotion with in three mounts.

I proved my self at Dhaka Airport, so that the US Diplomatic Security arrange a training program for

me. And they assign a critical job for me at the airport green zone. I responsibly and successfully

perform my duty. So they give me a award. Now I am a life time member of US Diplomatic Security.
