My name is Avi Bhatnagar, and I will be your Mentor throughout this program - Im looking forward to working with each & every one of you, and really excited for you guys!

JOKE: Ive done speaking engagements at events, webinars online, media day with press, but never mentored a group of awesome 12-18 year olds! So I asked my mom what to expect with young adolescents, since she is a retired teacher, and she said they may laugh at you for no reason so I just have to laugh with the kids and play it off. So if you hear me laughing a lot, you know whyhahaa....but were here to have fun.

How to Bring Creativity intoEntrepreneurship?

https://www.cleverism.com/why-creativity-is-so-crucial-for-entrepreneurs/

13

1. Ask Compelling Questions

Do your research. A lot of brilliant ideas may already be taken. If it already exists, see how you can potentially make it better. Define the challenge/ opportunityGather data (benchmarks, trends, usability testing/focus groups)

14

2. Challenge Assumptions

- Reframe the challenge/clarify the challenge

Embrace challenges as opportunities

Dont be discouraged. Incubate: feed your brain (through arts, science, culture), sleep on it. 15

3. Convert Ideas into Prototypes

Ideate/illuminate: use diverse stimuli for brainstorming. Be visual. Think out loud. Manage risks: prototype conservatively. Test ideas. 16

4. Execute

- Assess outcomes. Predict. 17

5. Iterate
