Page 8: Superheroes power point

Superpowers

• When you think of superpowers, you think of Superman…

• Flying, Super Strength, Heat Vision, those are only a few of the many superpowers

Page 9: Superheroes power point

Heros

• Superheroes without superpowers: Batman, Daredevil, The Crimson Bolt

• All are still very much superheroes, they just use gadgets. Like Batarangs

• In my opinion, it’s not powers that makes a superhero. It’s the want to fight for justice.

Page 10: Superheroes power point

• Some may define a superhero only as a person with ‘super powers’, but that’s not true.

• One of the best superheroes “The Punisher” has no superpowers.

• And he is still awesome.

Page 11: Superheroes power point

Supervillians

• Supervillians were brought into superhero comics early on, because superheroes putting the smack down on regular people became too familiar

• They needed to be issued a challenge• Some famous supervillians:• Lex Luthor, The Joker, The Green Goblin

Page 12: Superheroes power point

Sidekicks

• Sidekicks were brought into the superhero world to spice things up for the old characters by giving them a partner.

• The Most famous sidekick Robin, is a good example.

Page 13: Superheroes power point

• Many think that superheroes live by a moral code to not kill & to do good by citizens of their city.

• False• Punisher kills da crap out some people

Finally, Stereotypes

Page 14: Superheroes power point

All in all,

• Superheroes have been around for the last century & are still living on as an amazing form of entertainment, pop culture, & may even be a job for some people.

• So, here’s to another century….
