Surah Yaseen

Surah Yaseen is a Makki surah i.e. it was revealed in the first ten years of prophet hood. It consists of eighty-three ayahs and five rukuhs(sections).

THE PROPHET SAID

‘SURELY EVERYTHING

HAS A HEART, AND THE

HEART OF QURAN IS

YASEEN, I WOULD LOVE

THAT IT W

OULD BE IN

THE HEART OF EVERY

PERSON OF MY PEOPLE’

Surah Yaseen mainly focuses on:

Allah’s signs and miracles,

About the ignorance of the people,

The day of judgment,

The confessions by body parts &

Allah’s power.

It is the same to them whether you warn them or you

warn them not, they will not believe.

(Surah Yaseen ayah 10)

THE PROPHET SAID

‘WHOEVER RECITES

YASEEN ONCE,

ALLAH WILL RECORD

THE REWARD OF

RECITING THE

QURAN TEN

TIMES(TIRMIDHI

2812/A 8 DHABI)’

THE PROPHET

SAID ‘RECITE

YASEEN ON YOUR

DECEASED(ABU

DAUD/IBN MAJAH)

"And our duty is only to

convey plainly (the

Message)."
