The Descent

The cake 1

This screenshot shows us an unfocused camera shot of a cake with candles and a person behind the cake the framing is nothing but a cake and person and the camera is slowly moving left and right while panning up. The blur is to show a dazed first person shot who has just woke up. The camera focuses on the camera and person behind the cake and watches the person blow out the candles.

Hospital Bed 1

The next screenshot is the main character stirring in her sleep while in the hospital the camera is still the whole time and is focused on nothing but the woman's face the whole time.

Cake 2

The scene cuts to the girl blowing out her candles again and the camera once again the camera is focused on the girl and the cake the whole time and watches her blow the candles out.

Hospital Bed 2

She wakes up and looks around while the camera slowly and very slightly pans up her head to see her face fully and the hospital bed she is in a little bit better after that the camera stays still throughout the rest of the shot.

Hospital Bed 3

The screen shows our main character awake and looking around her body and seeing the wires and stickers stuck to her and she decides to take them of herself while lifting the wires on her head the camera bounces left and right very slow and lightly and rises slowly above her.

Heart monitor

The screen shows the heroin face blurred and when she moves show the heart monitor in focus forcing the viewers to watch it and the camera is still in the same place even when the heroin is moving out the way always on the heart monitors location.

Hospital corridor 1

Our heroin is confused in an empty corridor looking around while the camera is in the same place watching the main character look confused.

Hospital corridor 2

The main heroin is looking still while the camera is further back showing the hospital is empty and its just her and the colour of the hospital has changed to a glum green. The camera moves back as the lights far back turn off.

Hospital Corridor 3

The camera zooms in on the heroin’s face as she's confused by the lights turning off then the camera zooms to make the background to look like its stretching it backwards.

Hospital corridor 4

The camera does a mid shot from the heroin's back and shows that more lights are turning of and shows her moving backwards slowly the camera stays in the same place the whole time this event happens.

Hospital corridor 5

The camera focuses on our heroin's shocked face and watches her walk back while scared. The camera is in the same place while this all occurs the camera slowly pans up as this happens.

Hospital corridor 6

This scene is an trombone shot the camera moves backwards constantly as the heroin runs as fast as she can away from the lights turning of constantly behind her. This shot is handheld. Though not scared of the dark she know something's in it after her.

Hospital corridor 7

The camera changes to behind and follows her down the empty corridor and she runs as fast as she can as this follows her. This shot is a pov of something following her though at his point it is unknown.

Hospital corridor 8

We see our heroin run straight into a nurse and hold onto her for dear life the camera does a slow 180 around the pair and how's the heroin crying her eyes out while the camera circles her. It then slows down and stops for a second.

Hospital corridor 9

We see a cut to the best friend this is a still shot watching the woman cry herself while watching her friend cry her eyes out.

Hospital corridor 10

We see a shot of the heroin crying from an elevated position and the camera slowly zooms out while it shows all of the corridor full of people. The screen at the end of the scene fades to black and shows the movies title.
