Mr. Barack Obama is the first African American to serve as the 44th president and is still the president of the United States . Barack first became elected for presidency in 2008, and ended up winning in the year of 2012 for a second term.

President Obama hailed the Supreme Court's on it’s ruling of

same -sex marriage and won

Protecting the person’s rights

Fair treatment

Became and historical moment in America .

Affordable Care Act in 2010

Also Obama passes the stimulus which helped signed over 700

billion American recovery

More jobs became more available to people in America .

The Changing Course Of History Cont.. Obama went on to ending the War in Iraq

Ordered all U.S. military forces out that

were out the country to come back home.

He began Drawdown of War that took

place in Afghanistan

Obama found Osama bin laden’s hiding

spot and he ended up assassinated .

Changes Obama has helped prevent the Great

Depression that would have put all American’s in really bad situation all over America.Obama also went on to reversing the policies that Bush put out such as the serious matter on legitimizing the torture that were taking place in other countries .

If The Person, Event, Or Era Were Different

If Obama didn’t take office I feel that we would have high taxes that would be geared

towards the poor , while the cost of living would be hard for everyone in America to

maintain and live in. Even more homes would be lost and Americans would still be in

need for jobs . Osama Bin Ladin would of put a hit out on America and would of went

through with the process if he didn’t get assassinated. Also there wouldn’t be any

same -sex marriages . I feel that even though there are still things happening in

America , if the changes that Obama has made so far would've doubled the U.S.

Government would not have had any control like they would want to.
