Lifestyle choices are the way we each chose to live our lives.There are four main factors that if used in a negative way our
health and/or fitness can suffer.
Diet Exercise Alcohol Smoking
DIET
A balanced diet is required to sustain a healthy lifestyle.
The ratio of these nutrients have varying dependants
Eating an unbalanced diet can have an affect on your health and fitness.
Over consumption linked with lower levels of physical activity can lead to obesity and heart disease

These problems are becoming more apparent at an earlier age. Children who are not exercising enough not only increase their risk of obesity and heart disease but their
bodies will not develop properly. This result in them not being able to meet the demands of their lifestyle when they become teenagers and into adulthood.

Any and all of these would affects a persons health and/or fitness

As medical research gets better we are more aware of what effects and implications arise from our lifestyle choices and how to improve our health.
Our health is made up of genetics, environment and personal choices.
PE is in place to help people understand how and why we need to be fit and healthy as well as offering enjoyable activities to take part in.
The government has a responsibility to provide communities with access to physical activities.
We make our own choices based on information, advice and understanding that within reason we are what we eat, drink and do.
