ForewordThis message is for every Christian who is

welling to search for the truth with a sincere desire, and a broad mind to provide him with answers toquestions that would otherwise take him long timeto find.

Since you are a Christian, have you everthought of the origin of Christmas; or how genuineis Christmas? Or, do you consider Christmas asocial tradition or a ritual? If you consider it a socialtradition, then there is no room for it in you faith. Ifit as a ritual, then it should hav:e. an origin in yourBible. If it does not hav~ an origin in your Bible, then, either the Bible is false or Christmas is.

H is time you should know the truth aboutChrist and Christmas. Here is what BritannicaEncyclopedia has to say about Christmas:

Christnlas (Old English "Christ's Mass")Christian festival celebrated on December 25,commemorates the birth of Jesus Christ and is alsoa popular secular holiday. According to a Romanalmanac, the Christian festival of Christmas wascelebrated in Rome by AD 336.

The ecclesiastical calendar retains numerousremnants of pre-Christian festivals-notablyChristmas, UJhich blends elements including boththe feasts of the Saturnalia and the birthday ofMithra. The development of legendsLegends developed in Christianity because of aneed to answer questions posed by the lessintellectual Christians, the need for stories ofexemplary Christians, and the transference of thedeeds of pagan gods and goddesses in popular pietyto those zuho are of saints and martyrs. Many Christians UJere not satisfied with the gapsin the narration of Christ's life in the canonicalGospels. There thus developed several apocrypha, loften influenced by Gnosticism, that providedlegendary accounts of Christ's life, as well as thoseof the Apostles.2

Since you are a fellow human being, first andforemost, we are concerned about your spiritual

welfare;' hence we have prepared this message foryou.

Mankind belong to one single father, Adam, and have one single God, Allah, Who has broughtthem into existence, and provided them with theirmeans of substallll' in order to worship Him alone. It is inconceivable that the God Who created theuniverse and every thing in it to need help; letalone taking a son or a spouse, or a partner. He wasall by Himself when there was nothing in existence;then He created mankind and the rest of thecreation for one single purpose, that is to w<. lrshipHim.

The divine purposeThere is no doubt that God3 has created man for

a lofty purpose; and that is why He hasdistinguished him from the rest of His creatures. He has honored him by giving him intellect; a giftthat many creatures do not have. Were the sole

3 The tem 'God' means the Sale Creator, Who gives life, causesdeath, and upon Whom all creatures depend for their means of

subsistence.

3

Page 9: This message is for every Christian

purpose of man's existence in this universe is to liveand die, he would need no intellect for that.Animals need no intellect to control their behavior;nor do they consider any norms or etiquettes whenthey fulfill their desires.

Why did the Creator bring the whole universeinto existence? Do you think He did so for fun? Or,did He create us for no purpose?

There is no religion but recognizes the existenceof the Creator of this universe, Who runs its affairsin flawless precision. Look at the sun and thedistance that separates it from our planet the earth. It rotates in its orbit like the rest of the other planetswithout deviation. Were any error to occur, theearth and the rest of the planets would have goneinto a chaos.

Do you not think that this Great Creatordeserves to be regarded with high estimation forHis matchless, immaculate, and great capacity? There is nothing to exhaust it; whenever He wantsa thing to take place, He only says to it, 'Be' and itis?

4

Page 10: This message is for every Christian

Why would such a Great Creator, Who possesseslimitless capacity need an aide, a son, or anassociate?

What is then the Divine purpose of bringing maninto existence?

Man, being a creature, cannot possibly answerthis significant question; because were he to be hisown creator, he would probably answer thisquestion. But, since God, Almighty, is the One Whocreated us, then He alone has the answer to thisquestion.

Here is His answer:"I have created jinn and man only to worship Me."4

Who deserves to be worshipped?Since our Creator is the only true God, and since

He is the only One Who deserves to be worshipped,we should know how to worship Him? Do weworship Him according to our discretion, oraccording to His instructions? Since He is ourCreator, then we must follow His commands andinstructions.

4 Q. 51:56

5

Page 11: This message is for every Christian

In order to make this easy for His slaves, Allahsent them Messengers to guide them to His path, instruct them how to worship Him, give good newsof endless bliss in the next world to those who obeythem, and warn those who disobey them against asevere punishment in the next world. This is themain duty of the Messengers. God says:

"We did send Messengers as annunciators ofgood news, and Warners against punishment so

that man would have no argument against Allah."s

No nation was left without a Messenger. Allahsays:

There is no nation that did not receive aMessenger.

The first Messenger whom Allah sent tohumankind is Noah, and the last is Muhammad, may Allah exalt their mention. The best of allMessengers are according to their chronologicalorder: Noah, Abraham, Moses, Jesus, and

Muhammad; may Allah exalt their mention. It isincumbent on everyone to believe in all of theMessengers whom God sent to mankind.

Since Jesus was the last Messenger beforeMuhammad, may Allah exalt their mention, andsince Christians constitute the majority indemographical terms, and since you believe inJesus, you should probably hear the true details ofhis as well as his mother's birth stories?

Do you know?Do you know that Jesus spoke to people in his

infancy? Do you know that Allah looked after hismother ever since she was born? Since you are aChristian, you should know these facts.

Why not first listen to the story of hismother's birth from the Qur'an, in a chapter titled,Aali Imran (Imran's Household) which Godrevealed to the last of His Messengers, Muhammad, may He exalt his mention:

7

Page 13: This message is for every Christian

The birth of MaryGod says:6

And tell people about Imran's wife (themother of Mary) when she supplicated Godsaying, 'My God! I have vowed to consecratethe fetus in my womb to Your worship; soaccept it from me; You surely hear mysupplication, and know my intention. '7 (35)

And when she delivered her baby, she said,'0 my God! I have delivered a baby-girl -andAllah knows best what she delivered- and amale is not like a female,8 and I have namedher Mary, and I commit her and heroffspring to Your protection against Satan, the accursed.' (36)

Thereupon, God accepted the vow of Mary'smother graciously, afforded Mary fine

6 Q. Chapter 3

7 She obviously did not know at that point whether her fetus

was a male or a female.

S Obviously, the male is different from the female in terms ofenduring worship patiently and maintaining the place ofworship.

upbringing, and committed her to the care ofZachariah.9

Allah looked after Mary, and protected her inresponse to her mother's supplication toprepare her to be the mother of one of the bestof His Messengers. God also supplied herwith her food provisions. He says:

Whenever Zachariah visited Mary in herchamber, he saw she had food supplies. Heasked her, 10 Mary! IWhere did you get thisfrom?' She said, lit is from God. Godprovides whoever He wants withoutmeasure.' (37)

The Birth of Jesus10

Now let's hear how Jesus was born. God says:And mention to them when the angels saidto Mary, 10 Mary! God has chosen you, sanctified you, and preferred you to the restof the women of the world.' (42)

9 Zachariah is the father of John the Baptist (Luke 1:5)

10 Q. Chapter 3.

9

Page 15: This message is for every Christian

'0 Mary! Obey your God submissively, prostrate yourself before Him, and worshipHim along with the worshippers.11 (43)

These are historical news that you(Muhammad) did not know before; Wereveal them to you so that you report them toyour people. You were not with the priestswhen they cast lots to decide who of themshould take care of Mary, nor were you therewhen they disputed over this matter.l2 (44)

Breaking the news to Mary about conceiving ofJesus

God says:

11 Prostration and bowing are main postures of Salah. In thatsense, Allah commanded Mary to be regular on performing

Salah, and worshipping Him.

12 Prophet Zakariya and the priests in Jerusalem contested forthe honor of claiming the custody of Mary when her motherbrought her to them; because she dedicated her to the serviceof the Masjid of Baitul Maqdis. To decide who would have the

custody of hers, they cast their pens in the river, he whose pen

stand still in the running \vater would have the privilege of hercustody. All their pens drifted away in water exceptZakariya's; thus he won her custody.

10

Page 16: This message is for every Christian

Tell them too when the angels said to Mary,'0 Mary, Allah is giving you good news; thatyou, by a command from Him, shall have ason whose name is the Messiah, Jesus, son ofMary; who will have an honorable status inthis as well as in the next world, and he isfavored by Allah. (45)

He will speak to people in his infancy andduring his middle age, preaching theOneness of Allah, and he will be righteous.(46)She said, , 0 my God! How can I have a childwhen no man has ever touched me? He said,'This is the way of Allah; He createswhatever He wishes. Whenever He wants athing, He only says to it, 'Be,' and it is. (47)

Now listen to the amazing details of Jesus'birth as narrated in the Glorious Qur'an in achapter titled, 'Mary'. Allah says:

And tell them the story of Mary asmentioned in the Book, when she isolatedherself from her people in a westward place. Then We sent to her Our angel, Gabriel, who

11

Page 17: This message is for every Christian

appeared to her in a shape of a perfect man.Shocked as she was, she said to him: "I seekrefuge with the Merciful God from you; thatis, if you fear Him." He eased her fear bysaying: "I am not what you are thinking. I amonly a messenger from your God to give youa pure son." She wondered: "How can I havea son when no man has ever touched me, noram I a bad woman?" He said, 'This is whatyour God has said,' "It is easy for Me, andWe13 shall make him to people as a proof ofAllah's capability of bringing man intoexistence through various methods,14

13 Lest you wonder why the 15t person pronoun used her is inthe plural form, you should know that the speaker is GodHimself. It is known that the use of plural of 1st personpronoun, 'WE' is a term of aggrandizement used by kings. Therefore, if kings, who are only men, use it, by right, the OneV\/ho created them is more entitled to its use.

14 To elaborate, 'various methods' here means, God createdAdam, the father of mankind from neither a male nor a female, and He created Eve from a male without a female, and createdtheir offspring from both male and female, and created Jesus(Jesus) from a female without a male.

12

Page 18: This message is for every Christian

Allah goes on to say,'and to be as mercy from Us. Besides, it's aninevitable thing which is alreadyforeordained." So she became pregnant witha baby, and she isolated herself in a remoteplace. Later on, labor pain drove her to atrunk of a palm~tree, and she said: 'Wouldthat I died before this, and was a thingcompletely forgotten, or never existed.'15

The infant speaksGod says:Then her baby called her from beneath her, saying, 'Grieve not! Your God has nlade astream run below you; and shake the trunkof the palm~tree; ripe date~fruits will falldown for you. So, eat! drink! and enjoyyourself, and whenever you see a humanbeing then gesture to him: I have vowed toobserve fast for the sake of the Merciful

IS She said that out of her concern about what \vould people

think of her when they see her coming home with a baby in

her hands, having known her as a chaste, pious woman, and

that they \vould not believe her story.

13

Page 19: This message is for every Christian

God; so I will not speak to any humanbeing.'

Just imagine how she could prove herinnocence before people. Who on earth wouldvouch for her truthfulness? That was her mainconcern. But do you think that God, the MostMerciful, Who had destined her to be the mother ofHis slave and Messenger would abandon her at atime of such a dire need? Then listen to themiraculous proof with which God proved herinnocence.

God instructed her to be silent becauseregardless of what she would say, she would notconvince people of her innocence. Then, someoneelse should speak on her behalf; someone whosetestimony would not be contested. Here is whathappened: God says:

People's reactionWhen she finally returned home carrying her

baby, people were shocked, and reproached hersaying: "0 Mary, you have committed a grave sin.0, sister of Aaron, (They called her by that namebecause her lineage traces back to Moses' brother,

14

Aaron. They reminded her of her piouspredecessors sC1\Ting, IYour father was not a badman, nor was your mother unchaste."

Since she made a vow of abstaining fromtalking, the infant spoke again to prove hismother's innocence:

she pointed at her baby. They wondereddeniably, 'How can we talk to an infant in acradle?' At that point, the infant himselfspoke saying, II am a slave of Allah. He hasgiven me the Book, made me a Prophet, andblessed me to enjoin the good conduct, andforbid the abominable wherever I may be,and He has commanded me to performprayer, and give Zakat16 as long as I live. And He has made me dutiful to my mother;not too arrogant to worship Him, not awretched man. And safety and security aregranted to me on the day I was born through

means, 'purification'.

till the day I shall die, and on the day I shallbe raised again."

In order to prove to them that he was only ahuman, he mentioned that he was born and willdie, and will be raised again on the Day ofResurrection like the rest of his fellow humanbeings.

By saying, 'I am a slave of Allah,' Jesus, thebaby, declared the Oneness of Allah, and Hisfreedom from having a son, confirmed the fact thathe is a slave of Allah, and exonerated his motherfrom the accusation of being a bad woman. Allahfurther says:

This is the truth about Jesus, the son ofMary, about whom they are doubtful.(10)

With these words, too Allah declares Himselfas far above what they ascribe to him, andemphasizes the fact that He created Jesus as Hisslave and Messenger. He further says:

16

Page 22: This message is for every Christian

'It does not befit Allah to take a son forHimself. He is far above what the ignorantand transgressors ascribe to Him. When Hewants a thing to take place, He only says toit, 'Be', and it is.'17

Jesus' privileges and miracles18

Like the rest of His Messengers, Allah enabledJesus to perform certain miracles to prove hisveracity as described in the following verses:

And Allah will teach him writing, make himunderstand the religion, and teach him theTorah and the Gospel. (48)

And will send him as a Messenger to theChildren of Israel to tell them, 'I have cometo you with a proof from your God that Imake for you a shape of a bird out of mud, then I blow on it, and it becomes a real birdwith the leave of Allah. I heal the blind bybirth, the leper, and revive the dead with theleave of Allah. I can tell you, in addition, what you eat, and what you stock in your

homes. Surely, these are proofs of myveracity if you but believe. (49)

Furthermore, I have come to confirm theTorah, which was revealed before me, makelawful some of what was forbidden for you,and I have come to you with a sign fromyour God, so fear Allah and obey me. (50)

Verily, Allah is my as well as your God, thatis, both you and I are His slaves; therefore, worship Him alone. This is the straight path.(51)

The reaction of the Children of IsraelNow let us listen to how the Israelites received

Jesus' Message:God says:

And when Jesus realized that the Israelites werepersistent on infidelity, he asked them, 'Who aremy supporters for the advancement of the cause ofAllah?' His disciples said, 'We are your supportersfor the advancement of the cause of Allah. Webelieve in the Oneness of Allah, so bear witnessthat we are Muslims.' (52)

18

Page 24: This message is for every Christian

They further supplicated, '0 our God! Wehave believed in what You revealed, andfollowed the Messenger, so enlist us aswitnesses to this fact.' (53)

The Jews planned to kill Jesus, but Allahfoiled their plan and saved him, and Allah isthe best of planners.19 (54)

When Allah said, '0 Jesus! I will put you tosleep, and raise you up to Me, and save youfrom the infidels, and will give those whofollow you the upper hand over the infidelsuntil the Day of Resurrection.20 (55)

19 The Jews tried to kill Jesus when they reported him to theking at that time, calling him a liar and an illegitimate child. When the king's men besieged his house, Allah raised Jesus upto Him through a hole in the ceiling, and made the one whoentered the house in the night to apprehend him look likeJesus. They thought he was Jesus himself, so they took himand crucified him. That was the planning of Allah, Who saved

His Prophet and made the infidels believe that they fulfilled

their desire.

20 Allah did humiliate those who denied the Prophethood of

Jesus, may Allah exalt his mention, by subjecting them toexecution, captivity, and caused their properties to beconfiscated. He will further subject them to severer torment inthe next world.

19

What is more difficult and miraculous, thecreation of Adam,

or the birth of Jesus?Allah answers this question in the following

verses:'Surely, the case of bringing Jesus intoexistence is similar to that of Adam; Allahcreated the latter from soil then He said tohim, 'Be,' and he was.'21This is the truth about Jesus that your Godhas revealed to you. Therefore, have nodoubt about it.22

Jesus told his people while he was an infant:"Surely, Allah is my as well as your God; so

worship Him alone. This is the right course;he who adheres to it will certainly be guided

aright. Yet people afterwards were dividedinto parties regarding Jesus:23

This mean"" the Jews, upon whom is the curse ofAllah, aCCli sed Jesus of being an illegal child.Another party said he was God Himself, and yet athird party said he is one of the three, while thefaithful believed he is only asiave of Allah and HisMessenger to which Allah refers by saying: 'this isthe truth about Jesus.'

Jesus was never crucified, as Christiansbelieve; rather Allah raised him up to Him. It wassomeone else who was actually crucified. Allahsays:

They never killed nor crucified him, but itappeared so to them. Allah took him up to Him.Allah is ever Mighty, Wise.24

including those whom Allah sent to the Children ofIsrael.

Cross-ExaminationNow that you have listened to the real story of

Jesus' and his mother's birth, do you still believe heis a god? Well! Have you ever thought of crossexamining the doctrine of the Trinity, the basicformula of the Christian faith? Or, have you everasked yourself how can three different entities beone entity, and at the same time be three? Or, howanything individually, in its entirety, with itsindivisible oneness can by itself be divided intothree separate beings with three different attributes,or entities?

Did you ever ask any priest to help you solvethis problem? I am sure he would never appreciateyour question, nor your doubt in the dogmaticbelief of Christianity. If you ever ask him thisquestion, most probably he would tell you, 'Inmatters of faith one has to stop reasoning, andbelieve in the doctrine only by his heart, not mind.'

22

Page 28: This message is for every Christian

How can water remain water and at the sametime be fire? Or, how can a stone be a stone and atthe same time be water? Do you think any sensibleman on earth can ever accept such impossibility?

How can the Ever-living God be God andmortal at the same time? That is, to be a man tosuffer death at the hands of mortals? And how, thesame mortal being can be the Immortal God at thesame time? It is an impossibility which your priestswant you to believe, and do not want you to evendare question this inconceivable dogma.

God IS absolutely independent in Hisexistence. A fact, which makes it impossible for thedoctrine of Trinity to come to terms with humanreason. It is an inconceivable riddle, which opposesscience and logic.

Here is another hypothetical question, which abeliever in the Trinity can never answer: vVho is theone who controls or determines the splitting of theone into three different ones, not more or less innumber? There must be a cause for this controlledeffect, and that the causative factor acting as

supreme over the three is the effective supremecontrolling cause, and the causative power that

23

Page 29: This message is for every Christian

reduces the three into one; while the three would beonly subservient to it.

Important points to rememberYou think Jesus is semi-god was he born to a

woman without a man? What about Adam? He wascreated from neither a woman nor a man? Wouldyou say he was wholly-god? Whose creation ismore miraculous Jesus or Adam? And, Who cameinto existence first? Think of it, and think of itseriously; because you will be questioned about iton the Day of Resurrection.

Check and compareNow compare this with the following facts about

Allah, the True God:

• "Were there to be gods other than Allah, boththe heavens and the earth would have goneinto chaos."25

• /IAllah has never taken a son, nor has anassociate. Were there to be gods besideAllah, each god would have taken away

25 Q. 21:21

24

Page 30: This message is for every Christian

what he created, and would have fought eachother vying for supremacy."26

• Here is a hypothetical argument that you mayconsider. Let us assume the existence of twogods; one of them wants to move an object, and the other wants keep it stationary; if theirwishes are not fulfilled, then neither of them isa real god; keeping in mind when God wantsa thing, it must take place instantly. On theother hand, to have both of their wishesfulfilled in the same time is impossible;because their wishes are contradictory. Thisimpossibility is the result of the supposition ofplurality of gods. If one of the two gods' wishis fulfilled, then he is the conqueror, and thenecessarily existing god, while the conqueredis not; because it is impossible that thenecessarily existing god be conquered. That iswhy Allah says:

• "They would have fought each other vyingfor supremacy."27

26 Q. 21:93

25

Page 31: This message is for every Christian

Allah is far above what they ascribe to Him.• Allah created man and placed him on earth to

procreate and colonize it, grow communities, cooperate and help each other; because anindividual on his own cannot survive withoutfellow humans.

• Why does Allah, the only true God, theCreator of everything, need a son or anassociate? Is it because He wants to procreateand multiply? Or, because He could no longerhandle the affairs of the universe on His own?Did such a question occur to you before?

Allah says, 'We have created the heavens andthe earth and never suffered fatigue orexhaustion.'28

• How long did Jesus live on earth? If he were asemi-god or a god incarnate, why did he nottake flight to heaven before he was capturedknowing that his opponents were going to put

28 Q. 50:38

26

him to death. Were he to be a god, he wouldhave known their scheme before hand; yet hefailed to do so. He also failed to realize whatwas awaiting him.

• Imagine yourself watching your only sonsuffering a painful situation, and you caneasily save him from it; would you hesitate todo so? Do you think god would be lessconcerned about his only son than you aboutyours? But, according to them /lgod" did fail tosave his only /IsDn" from the hands of hisperpetrators!!!! !

• I would like you to think over the belief that ifJesus were God Himself, or the son of God;why was he so terrified at the impendingcrucifixion that he shouted: "Eli, Eli, LamaSabachthani?" My God, My God, hast thouforsaken me?" (Mathew 27:46) If Jesus wereGod Himself, as they allege, does it mean thatGod was forsaken by God? Moreover, can thatwho felt hopeless and shouted desperately forhelp be a god?

27

Page 33: This message is for every Christian

Besides, do you think Jesus was God Himself, when he fell down crying praying forsomeone to remove away from him the cupof death by crucifixion? That is if he wascrucified!,!!

Is this the foundation upon which is built thehuge edifice of the Christian faith? Is the basisof your faith only a matter of blind following,a faith, which can never stand reasoning orindependent scrutiny by dispassionate andimpartial arguments from a clean conscience?

• Allah is capable of creating anything any time. When He wants a thing to take place, He onlysays to it, 'Be' and it is. This means, He needsnone of His creatures; neither a son, nor awife, nor a partner.

Human beings have one single father; Adam, and their only true God, is Allah. He hasbrought them into existence and providedthem with all their needs in order to worship

28

Page 34: This message is for every Christian

Him alone. He says, I created jinn and menonly to worship Me.29

• It is inconceivable that the only true God Whocreated the whole universe and every thing init to need help; let alone taking a son, a wife,or a associate. He was all by Himself whenthere was nothing in existence; then Hecreated the universe, mankind and the othercreatures for one single purpose; that is toworship Him. He says:

Say, had there been other gods beside Him,then they would have surely sought a way ofgaining favor with Him, the Possessor of theThrone. Holy is He and exalted far abovewhat they ascribe to Him. The sevenheavens, the earth, and what is in themcelebrate His praise declaring His holiness. There is nothing but declares the holiness ofAllah and praises Him, but you do notunderstand how they do that.30

Allah also says:• Are dissident gods better or Allah, the Sole

God, the invincible? You worship nonebeside Him save names that you and yourfathers have named,31 for whom Allah hasprovided no proof. All authority belongs toAllah alone. He commands that you shouldworship none but Him. This is the rightfaith; but most people do not know.32

Now, listen to the following conversationwhich will take place between Allah and Jesus onthe Day of Resurrection:

• On that Day Allah shall enumerate His favorsHe granted Jesus saying:

/0 Jesus, son of Mary! Remember Myfavors on you by bringing you intoexistence from a woman without a man,and My favor on your mother when I made

• They said, IWe want to eat from it, set ourminds in peace when we see it coming downfrom heaven, and become more certain aboutthe veracity of your Message, and testify thatit is from Allah as a proof of yourProphethood.'(113)

• Jesus then said, 10 Allah, our God! Senddown a meal from heaven for us, and the dayit comes down will become a festival for the

Did Jesus order people to worship him? Here is the answer:

• On the Day of Resurrection Allah shall askJesus, '0 Jesus! Did you say to people takeme and my mother for gods other thanAllah?' Jesus shall say, 'Far are You removedfrom every imperfection, It is not for me tosay that to which I have no right. None of Allah's Messengers or Prophetsclaimed to be a god or semi-god. Allah says:

• It would not befit a man, whom Allah givesthe Scripture, authority, and Prophethood, tosay to people, IWorship me along with Allah.Rather, he commands them to be righteousdevotees, because they study the Scripture, understand it and memorize it.35

• The Messiah, son of Mary was only aMessenger like the rest of the Messengerswho passed away before him, and hismother was a truthful woman. Both, she andher son used to eat food like the rest ofhuman beings. Now look how do We explainto them Our signs, and look how they turnaway from the truth!

What We have told you about Jesus is thetrue story; and there is no true God exceptAllah, and Allah is the Mighty, the Wise.37

But if they reject the truth, and preferfalsehood to it, then they are deviant. Allahknows the deviant and will serve him thepunishment he deserves.38
