Outdoor Outdoor GamesGames
Game 1 - Students go outside and play ‘Pirate Ship’ /
‘North South East West’ but with colours. Signs are
placed around the playground showing the colour
words. The teacher shows a colour (or shouts out a
colour), the class must run to the correct sign.
Game 2 - Students sit in a circle. Each is assigned a different colour. When the teacher shouts a colour, for example ‘red’, all ‘red’ students must stand up and change places. They cannot swap with someone next to them. The last student to sit down is out.
