Making the effort of producing excellent infrastructures.

And so, as a mayor of the town

RADON A new town is to be proposed to sustain

the lives of the people and in the future…

THE TOWN BY A LAKE

This town sets the theme of a town by the lake is because of a

lake is a very beautiful creation of nature that consist of a lot diverse population of living organisms that its not in a big scale but to know what is it like to have a town by

the lake, the environment becomes a good ambience.

RADON AREA : 25KM

POPULATION : 120,000 MALAYSIANS

WHY “RADON”?Meaning of this name has a scientific chemistry name,

whereby it is an element in the periodic tables of chemistry which has an atomic number of 86. Well, why I named it so it is because it is a noble gas that does not harm

living things, and so, my town serves the right name as this.

“RADON” WILL PROVIDE

1. SUSTAINABLE LIFESTYLE- Living in a non-hazardous environment instead

living in a fully green environment 2. BETTER INFRASTRUCTURE - Focuses on resilience – adaptability, balance and

flexibility for the people to have a good living space.

3. EASE OF CONVINIENCE- All places will be in a walking distance for the

people’s convenience in order to make sure they are living in a healthy and safe environment.

4. ACTIVE GREEN ENVIRONMENT- Everywhere there will be greeneries, but depending on the places as the greeneries get lighter or denser.

“RADON” WILL PROVIDE

5. GREAT ENHANCEMENT AREA OF EDUCATION- Everyone whose pursuing studies in this town has the most good opportunities in order to study in a green conducive environment.

ANCIENT CITY

The Indus Valley grid structure between Harappa and Mohenjo-Daro inspired me to make my town in a square grid system.

PRESENT CITY

COPENHAGEN, DENMARK.As for this city, primary transportation mode is by cycling, this mode of transportation inspired me to do so for my town as well.

FUTURE CITY

TIANJIN CITY, CHINA.As this is building up fast with its sustainable urban development, it inspired me to follow the footsteps of this development

THIS ZONE IS FOR PEOPLE WHO ARE FACING WITH HEALTH PROBLEMS TO BE EXAMINED FIRST BEFORE REFERRING TO THE MAIN HOSPITAL OUT OF THE TOWN.

As this town is car-free town. Most people travel to one place to another with motorbikes and even they can cycle.

As it is a town which is also health conscious of the people, people are encouraged to walk around wherever they want to.

Green roof system --extension of the existing roof which involves a high quality water proofing and root repellent system, a drainage system, filter cloth, a lightweight growing medium and plants.
