Le Lac de Braies, considéré comme  la Perle des Dolomites, appartient au patrimoine humanitaire de l'Unesco, il est, aux dires de nombreux randonneurs montagnards, le plus beau et le plus grand lac naturel des Dolomites aux murs de roches et de  bois tombant littéralement  dans l'eau verte émeraude,  il se situe  dans le splendide parc Naturel de Fanes-Sennes-Braies.  Dans les eaux limpides de ce lac formé par la nature, se reflètent les imposants massifs du Sasso del Signore et du Croda del Becco.  L'été,  de  nostalgiques bateaux  à rames y voguent comme il y a cent ans, c'était à l'époque  l’unique possibilité d'atteindre l'autre rive .  Longueur : 1,2 kms Largeur : 300 – 400 m

Braies Lake is considered the Pearl of the Dolomites and belongs to the humanitarian patrimony of the Unesco. According to many it is the most beautiful and largest natural lake in the Dolomites with rock walls and woods that literally fall straight into the water green emerald and is located in the beautiful natural park of Fanes-Senes-Braies.In the clear waters of this lake, formed by nature, the imposing massives of Sasso del Signore and Croda del Becco are reflected.In summer there are nostalgic row boats, which, one hundred years ago, were the only possiility to reach the other shore. Length: 1.2 km Width: 300 - 400 m
