2. Since being bilingual has a lot of benefits like having an easier connection to people, higher tolerance of other cultures, easier adjustment to globalization, and risk reduction of Alzheimers and other forms of dementia, most probably, we want our kids to be bilingual. So, here are some ways to introduce your little one to a new language. 3. STORY TELLING Kids are always curious when they hear the ever famous line, once upon a time. If you mix a little bit of foreign language with your native language as you tell your child a bedtime story, they will soon get used to it and slowly understand new words. 4. Music We know how influencing music can be. Teach your kid a new song and sing along with him. This way, the kid will be able to listen repeatedly to the words and familiarize himself in the new language. 5. Movies A combination of storytelling and music is movies. So as not to make learning boring, it is a fun thing to watch foreign movies with subtitles. Afterwards, you can ask some questions about the movie and evaluate whether or not the kid understood it properly. 6. GAMES Because kids are allergic when theyre being forced to learn something, playing games as you teach a new language will make it more fun and the child will be more engaged to learn. 7. But make sure that you have the proper and professional translation as you introduce the language to your kid.
