I feel well informed with how to use Teach-It within my class. Nobody at my school uses it but now that the resource has been explained I’m full of ideas! I’m very interested in learning more and taking part in Summer CPD.

Fantastic day! Learned loads of useful stuff that I will definitely use in class. When can I come to Teach-It 2? Best training day yet!!!

Very good resources. Was happy to hear my age group of 14 to 24 were part of the fast moving generation. Would have liked to figure out how to work a lot on my own by being given more time to play on computers.

Really useful and has shown some great possibilities for expanding ICT across the curriculum. The resources shown will all be of some value in class.

Really useful – feel I have gained lots of practical ideas for use in my class and have the confidence to try it now. Would be keen to do further training on this.

An interactive and informative day. Lots of chances to try out resources and practice using some of the activities spoken about. This will benefit my teaching and will definitely be using some of the sites with my class. Wish I had a Smartboard for Google Earth! Very engaging speaker.

Very interesting and extremely useful. Loads of great websites and ideas. I feel much more confident to use ICT in the classroom. Stephen was really enthusiastic and gave us loads of classroom stories and examples. Loads of ideas/sites were packed in so it was continually engaging, never had time to get bored. Can really see those things working in the classroom. Particularly enjoyed learning about Your Poll! Pod cast examples were really good, questions answered very well. Thanks!

Very good session. Lots of practical ideas I can use. Very worthwhile.

Page 14: What do people say about teach-it

Very interesting and useful – Stephen managed to engage everyone, even those without computers! It would have been good to get a chance on the computer, we could have rotated after lunch? The websites were phenomenal and very user friendly. Stephen was very enthusiastic and passionate – he really projected this which motivated and engaged us. Am definitely going to keep an eye on Summer CPD!!! Pod casts very fitting for course work but also as a means of formative AND summative assessment. Thanks for an informative and productive day!

Lots of great ICT resource ideas, very informative. Really enjoyed today’s session. One of the best training days.

Really useful. I can see ways in which I can adapt a lot of this to my classroom. My only caveat is that quite a few tools that we saw today require literacy and numeracy beyond that of my Early Years class. Thank you, though. A really enjoyable, exciting day that has left me wanting to try all this at home.

Informative, useful – always makes clear links about how everything could be used in Primary Schools. Great to have time to try things out. Very good!! A slightly longer break after the morning might have been better.

Lots of fantastic resources, well explained and modelled. I look forward to using the ideas and sites both in and out of school. Impressed by knowledge of children/curriculum and experience. All very real!

Fantastic Introduction to resources that can be used or created to engage, motivate and inspire. I am delighted now to have a better understanding of how to use Google Earth – along with its range of possibilities and features. I have also been enlightened regarding creating a website. I never imagined that it would be so simple – or free! Great to learn about Audacity also. I expect to use this a lot. Thank you.

Will need to look at the potential for podcast within Science. Possibly to support presentations e.g. for acid rain.

I will spend time at home becoming familiar with some of the ideas presented. Once I become more familiar with these, I'd hope to take them into my classroom practice.
