LAYOUTI learnt from my target audience that the layout is very organised and sectioned giving it a professional look. They like the left side of my magazine front cover because I included posters from other horror films, makes the magazine more

interesting and not ensures that the magazine is not to be busy.

COLOUR SCHEME + RELATING TO HORROR THEME.

I learnt from my audience feedback that colours work well together and do not overpower each other. The reds relate to the horror genre and the dark colours help to relate the magazine to the supernatural sub genre.

EFFECTIVENESS OF MAIN IMAGE

I learnt that the main image is very eye catching, the blackness of the eyes and the blending of the blue really creates a supernatural tone. The blending of the neck into the background also makes the main image unique and the close up shot works well with the magazine.

WEAKNESSESI learnt that the writing for the second part of the main cover line is not bold enough making it difficult to read.

STRENGTHS I learnt that the masthead is very different and unique and selling line works well with the masthead. The left side of the magazine is also a strong feature because it works well with the magazine and also ensures that the magazine is not too busy. The main image is also a strength because it lures the audience in.
