    Special libraries can facilitate the transaction of information within and between project groups and providing reference services within those groups
    They can disseminate information on an organization or department wide level, and can provide a forum to allow for feedback.
    In-house libraries can play a special role with the development, moderation and archiving of a wiki within their organization.
