GAS PURIFICATION PANEL

INTRODUCTION:-

Need for Gas purification panel in Gas Chromatography has been realised now beyond any doubts both for the column & the detector. Pure gas is of utmost importance in terms of efficiency & life of the column, as well as detector sensitivity, accuracy & reproducibility of the results. It is therefore recommended that the selection of the system is done judiciously, considering all the physical & chemical properties offered by the system. Thus, one has to consider the genuinity of the materials used in the fabrication of the system, such as 1. Tubing material, which has to be S.S. only, 2. Treatment given to the gas lining for thorough cleaning, 3. Type of fittings used for the working pressure range, 4. Material of construction to withstand the operating pressure, 5. Quality of the chemicals used for gas purification in terms of their physical & chemical properties, etc.

CYLINDER GAS REGULATORS

INTRODUCTION:-

Gas Regulators play a vital role in day to day operation of the Gas Chromatographs. We cater to the specific needs of the user & supply various types of single stage and double stage regulators with indigenous/ imported gauges in Brass / S.S. body with S.S. diaphragms. Regulators supplied by us do not have any leakage problems, indicate correct pressure & are smooth in operation Two types of Cylinder Regulators available Brass Chrome Plated body with SS diaphragm and SS body with SS diaphragm. Regulators consist of inlet & outlet pressure gauges. Inlet pressure gauge shows the total pressure of cylinder and outlet pressure gauge shows regulated pressure. GAS DISTRIBUTION PANEL

INTRODUCTION:- Gas distribution panel is used when there is more than one Gas Chromatograph. It helps to controlled the flow & pressure of different gases for different GC's. Gas distribution panels are available in three different types. One is with pressure gauge (to indicate pressure), pressure regulator (to control pressure), ON/OFF valve (to isolate). Second with pressure gauge and ON/OFF valve. Third is with only ON/OFF valve. Features:-

OXYTRPAS/FILTERS

Introduction:-

Removal of Oxygen from gases takes place only with the help of catalytic type of materials, which also work only under specific operating conditions. We use pre-treated catalyst which can be regenerated & has comparatively better activity under normal working conditions. Ox traps are supplied with either indicating or non- indicating type of catalyst.

HYDROCARBON TRAP/FILTER

Introduction:- Activated charcoal is used for the purpose of removing hydrocarbon impurities from the carrier as well as fuel gases, especially for reducing the errors in analysis while using FID. MOISTER TRAP / FILTER

Introduction:- High efficiency Silica gel & Molecular sieves are used for the purpose of removing moisture from the carrier gas. Silica gel is of indicating type changing its colour from blue to pink on use, having high moisture capacity. Molecular sieves are of spherical shape, yielding high mechanical strength & low dusting. Both the materials are of regenerable type. CHANGE OVER BOX

INTRODUCTION:- High pressure mechanical – automatic gas manifold is used for two cylinder system where automatically switching over is required from one cylinder to other, when the pressure in the one cylinder is below the set pressure . Setting of pressure of two cylinder can be st as per user requirement. It can be used for multiple cylinder banks also Gas selector box is used for selection between two gases of different types. Available in two different types one with selector valve, pressure gauge and toggle valve another with only two toggle valve. SPECIFICATION:-

TWO TYPES OF AUTOMATIC CHANGE OVER SYSTEM ARE AVAILABLE, LOW PRESSURE ELECTRONIC (DIGITAL) AUTOMATIC CHANGE OVER AND HIGH PRESSURE MECHANICAL AUTOMATIC CHANGE OVER. MECHANICAL AUTOMATIC CHANGES OVER WORKING WITH DIFFERENTIAL TECHNOLOGY. LOW PRESSURE DIGITAL AUTOMATIC CHANGE OVER WORKING WITH PRESSURE SENSOR & SOLENOID VALVE.

HIGH PRESSURE MANUAL GAS MANIFOLD IS BEST SUITABLE FOR HIGHLY INFLAMABLE AND CORROSIVE GASES LIKE LPG ETC . THEY ARE AVAILABLE IN BRASS CHROME PLATED AND SS 316 BODY . CAN BE CONNECTED WITH ONE OR MORE THAN ONE CYCLINDER



GAS MANIFOLDS

INTRODUCTION:- Use of Manifold systems is recommended when the consumption of Gas is large & replacement of the cylinders is frequent. These are supplied in Brass / S.S. with proper mounting, which makes re- connection of cylinders a simpler task.
