Quality Management Program


Will assume responsibility for Quality Assurance and Quality Control throughout it projects. This will be accomplished using a proactive approach of “steering” quality in and all other projects of “restoring” quality. Our quality control methodology builds on the principle that design concepts and document preparation should be “steered” to optimize an effective design and appropriate level of quality at the beginning of the project, rather than attempting to “restore” quality at the end of the project through the use of pre-final reviews.
