Sindbad Beach Resort, Hurghada

The Sindbad Beach Resort project involves the re-design of an existing hotel complex and forms a key part of the Sindbad Club Resort. The design seeks to re-develop the existing beach front hotel and associated guest wings into a new Luxury 5 star hotel development and furthermore to establish Sindbad as the entertainment and cultural center of Hurghada. The proposed buildings have been arranged to create a unique retail offer based on a series of interlinked courtyards which will provide shade and increase the retail frontage by over 150%. The work has been undertaken as a collaboration between Pavillion International, Cairo, Applin Design London and ICN Design Kuala Lumpur.

Since 2002, the Port Ghalib International Marina has been a crowning feature in the community. With space to accommodate up to 1,000 yachts, it makes for a stunning harbor display. The award-winning International Marina is fully staffed with, Customs and Immigration office for traveling ships, as well as fully equipped repair and fueling facilities. As Egypt's first private seaport, the marina is upheld to international standards by UK based marina company Camper and Nicholson. The Cornice Road peninsula features over 165 venues for dining, entertainment, boutique shopping, cultural expeditions into both antique and modern art, facilities for outdoor activities and a lively night life.

Horus Tourism Investment Company, a joint venture between CADS International and EFG Hermes, is seeking institutional investment for Atum Cove, a luxury hotel, leisure and residential resort located on the Red Sea coast, Egypt, whose first hotel will open in 2013. The gently sloping site comprises 1.2m² of land, a natural lagoon and 1.8km of beach front. Master planned by a top international design team to attract three distinct market segments, Atum Cove’s design encompasses three zones, each offering a particular lifestyle experience, from well-being and luxury to the north and south of the estate respectively, to family activity at the center.

The project aims to redevelop the Hotel Resorts road in Hurghada to make a new global tourist alley with a length of 6 km at a cost of about 65 M EGP. The Avenue will develop and upgrade of Hurghada tourist activity through providing numerous services that includes cafes, gazebos, plazas, seating areas, and a lane of traffic. After the avenue was opened the international Squash tournament was Held there several times to promote tourism

The Grand Plaza Hotel is one of the tokens in Sharm el Sheikh, both for its unique architectural design, and also for what it contains from facilities such as 5 star hotel rooms, specialty restaurants (Spanish-Italian restaurant-East), venues the hotel space about 8000 m2 and the total cost was 120 million Egyptian pounds.

As a consultant to the National Bank of Egypt, Pavilion International has finished the design of the Main Archive for Electronic Documents . " The project seeks to develop an abandoned Hangar to state of the art storage solutions for the National Bank of Egypt. The new design will feature more than 6.000.000 storage boxes. Not only that it will serve as a storage building, but it also will feature more than 300 staff. Featuring a combination of green technologies in order to a zero carbon Building. Green features include natural lighting, solar panels to generate electricity for the whole building, and natural ventilation. Electromechanical systems have been designed to be as efficient as possible in consumption. Electromechanical systems include the BMS system control to optimize the electricity consumption, as well as light detecting sensors in all the corridors and main spaces. The design also decreases water consumption by specifying low flow water fixtures and waterless fixtures. As for fire safety there are 24 fire exits, the building consists of 9 main parts, each part is separated from the other walls preventing the fire from spreading from one part to another in the event of fire. The total cost of this project is 150m EGP

Pavilion has also designed the Asian restaurant Ginger one of the most luxurious hotel restaurants, the Italian restaurant overlooking the swimming pool, health club, conference room and meetings.

Marsa Allam International Airport

Marsa Allam International Airport as a BOT to serve Charter flights . The first phases before renewal the airport was 5100 m with max capacity of 600 people. After the renovation it was expanded to 11,200 m with max capacity of 1,600 passengers. The expansion includes Reception Halls, Terminals, Runways, Border Control, Lounges, VIP lounges and Halls and all relate . The cost was 70 million pounds.

Damanhur Mall, Damanhur The center consists of a large 6200 sq./m anchor tenant which will be operated by an internationally known supermarket operator and 150 retail units which have flexibility for subdivision giving areas of between 16 and 140 sq./m. There will be a 4 screen IMAX cinema within the center with café facilities, an outdoor stage and entertainments space and a children’s entertainment zone. The roof spaces have been utilized to provide restaurant terraces and sports facilities and will include a large restaurant providing tourist lunches. The restaurant tower will be a promotional feature for the center and incorporate LED technology to act as a large visual screen which will carry moving images for marketing and have an infinite ability to be lit and decorated to attract attention for the center.
