Information Technology Department

• Information Technology course started in the academic year 2001_02.The goal of India becoming super power can be realized only if innovation and leadership become the new mantras of the IT industry. IT industries can sustain their future development only through the development of new knowledge of base products and technologies.

• Keeping this in mind of IT industry college has provide excellent staff and five fully-operational well established air-conditioned computer labs and lecture rooms fully equipped with audio-visual facility that make the class rooms truly vibrant and modern. It is a measure of its success that in a short span of time, the institution gives out a promise of attaining excellence and keeping abreast of latest technological developments around, for utility thereon. College is having computer laboratories with latest configured IBM branded machines with multimedia.

Civil Department

•Welcome to the Department of Civil Engineering at Pimpri Chinchwad College of Engineering, Pune. Civil engineering is a professional engineering discipline that deals with the design, construction, and maintenance of the physical and naturally built environment, including works like roads, bridges, canals, dams, and buildings. Civil engineering discipline was introduced, at PCCOE in Academic Year 2012-13. The department includes well equipped laboratories, especially material testing, Fluid Mechanics, survey, Transportation Engineering, and soil testing laboratories. The department offers a four year course leading to the Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering with a student intake of 60.

• Mission: To meet the challenges of the society, by providing quality education through, professional and social responsibility; technical excellence, creativity, effective communication and leadership.
