• We embrace the nurturing of inner beauty through intellectual development, creative arts, understanding of fitness and nutrition, and emotional awareness and coaching girls/boys and young women/men to enhance their personal development as they embrace boldness, courage, wisdom and strength to become peaceful, calm, centered and relaxed individuals.

• We want to encourage and focus our participants on inner beauty as it relates to personalities, attitudes, character, intelligence, wisdom, and benevolence. Our goal is to make sure girls/boys embrace the brilliance inside each one of them and learn how to bring it forth so as to display their very best selves on the outside.

• Emotional control is key for our contestants. Some of our girls and boys come from abusive backgrounds, underserved communities, foster homes, neglect and other negative circumstances and environments and this means their emotions are most likely at a heightened state. Our goal is to meet these girl and boys where they are at and coach them to reach greater confidence levels, higher self-esteem, and better emotional control. This is how you master your minds.
